Products in stock will be processed immediately. If you live in Australia you should receive your order within a few days, for customers overseas please allow up to 10 days. When products are not in stock, delivery will take a minimum of six weeks as we need import the products from Spain. Online purchases can be shipped to anywhere in the world. Shortly after your order is received we will email you regarding the expected time of delivery.
Please contact us if you do not see your country in the drop down list. If you wish to go ahead with the purchase please enter the nearest country and email us details of your correct address. Australia Post delivery costs are in regions - Asia/Pacific, USA/Canada/Middle East and the Rest of the World.

If your order is large we can import the products via air which will cut down on delivery time considerably. For large orders of over $5000.00 we will bear any extra costs associated with speedier delivery including the cost of ensuring that the products are delivered to your door. You will only be charged the online cost of regular Australian Post delivery as noted on the website.
Currently all shipping quotes are for air and overland delivery by Australia Post. Delivery via sea is also available for a lower cost although the products may take several weeks to arrive. If you wish to consider this option then please email us with the details and we can enable this option for your purchase.
We shop online too and know it is a let down to get to the end of ordering and then see the cost of freight and change your mind. You can check the freight prior to entering your details - you will see the quote option just above the checkout button in your cart. We have attempted to cut down on costs by not including packaging, if however, your order appears to be too heavy or more expensive than you anticipated then please call or email us as your custom is our priority.
